Oklahoma City nets deal on land for Thunder
Oklahoma City will pay about $500,000 for six acres near Broadway Extension and Britton Road, which will be home to a practice facility for the city’s NBA team.
The city council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve an agreement to buy the land, which is owned by Integris. The land is at NE 95 and N Oklahoma Avenue, just east of the McBride Clinic Orthopedic Hospital at 9600 N Broadway Extension.
