RUSH SPRINGS -- City Clerk John Morrow was taken to the Grady County Jail on a drinking and driving complaint.

Deputy Jason Hefley saw Morrow driving left of center and stopped him, the Chickasha Express-Star reported.

The deputy said in his report that there was an open beer container in Morrow's car and the smell of alcohol.

In addition, Morrow apparently failed a field sobriety test and the readings from a breathalyzer test were above legal limits.
