TULSA (AP) - A Claremore teen-ager died Tuesday after he was shot outside a Tulsa club in an argument with a group of teens, police said.

David Earl Magee, 18, died of gunshot wounds to his head and chest. Four teen-agers were arrested a block from the shooting site, including Christopher Jerome Tarver, 18, of Tulsa, police said.

The other three, all 17, were not identified by police because they are minors.

Detectives said Magee and his friends had argued just before midnight Monday with the group of teens that was later arrested.

During the argument, Magee pulled a shotgun from his car and a teen from the other group struggled over it with him, police said.

Police said Tarver had a handgun and accused him of shooting at Magee at least five times.

No charges have been filed. BIOG: NAME:
