Lincoln Christian jumped out early and never looked back in rolling to a 35-0 victory against Kingfisher in the Class 2A state championship Saturday afternoon at Boone Pickens Stadium.

It is Lincoln Christian's first state championship.

Junior Austin Vokoun set the tone early, taking an interception 33 yards for a touchdown on the first play from scrimmage.

"That was big and really got things going for us. It set the tone for the rest of the day," senior quarterback Cale Grauer said.

"I saw the ball bouncing and picked it up and thought I could split the defenders," Wilson said. "I had a great block. I wasn't sure if I stayed in bounds, but I kept running."
