Turner won its first state title in girls golf on Thursday behind the McGill sisters — Andi, Perri and Tracy — who each finished in the top 10 individually in the Class 2A girls golf tournament at Trosper Park.
Tracy, a freshman, even had a hole-in-one Thursday, acing the par-3 No. 2. It was the first hole-in-one in her life.

“My sisters have been to state eight times in different sports, and I really wanted them to get this win,” Tracy said. “I just knew that if I contributed my best we would win.”
Turner won six of seven tournaments this season, finishing second to Ardmore in the one tournament the Falcons lost.
“A girl came in and made a birdie on the last hole of that tournament or we would have tied and had a playoff,” Turner coach Steve Short said.
