Class 3A boys: Millwood beats Hugo to win title No. 14
As Millwood celebrated yet another boys basketball state championship Saturday, Falcons coach Varryl Franklin stepped back and let the players be front and center.
“It's all about these young people,” Franklin said after Millwood beat Hugo 48-40 at State Fair Arena to add yet another chapter to the Falcons storied basketball history.
Franklin praised both his players and his coaching staff effusively.
