Class 4A girls state tennis: 4A gets worst of weather delay, finishes late

The first matches of this year's girls state tennis tournament were set to begin at 8 a.m. Friday. But rain and lightning forced a nearly three-hour weather delay.

The first matches of this year's girls state tennis tournament were set to begin at 8 a.m. Friday.

But rain and lightning forced a nearly three-hour weather delay, causing Class 4A's quarterfinal and consolation bracket matches to continue late into the evening.
