Defending state champion Shawnee jumped out to an 8-0 lead to open the game and never looked back in a 59-35 win over Tulsa Memorial (14-13).

Bailey Taylor hit three 3-pointers in the first half, including one just before the intermission buzzer, as Shawnee (23-2) raced to a 34-16 halftime lead. She finished with a game-high 19 points.

Shawnee starter McKenzie Cooper totaled eight points before leaving the game in at the 4:35 mark of the third quarter with a knee injury.

Shawnee will face Carl Albert in the semifinals.
