Carl Albert had three interceptions. With Bixby driving to tie the game early in the second half, Walker intercepted a pass in the end zone. Hawkins and Tre Porter each picked off a pass as well.

LOWE WATCHES FORMER TEAM

There was a familiar face on the Carl Albert sideline as Oklahoma State freshman Daytawion Lowe was in attendance. Lowe graduated from Carl Albert.

"I had to come over and see this," Lowe said. "I'm always a Titan. I lost the last game of my senior year, but it's great to see these guys win this one."

TITANS STAFF TOUGHS IT OUT

There were a lot of cold people inside Boone Pickens Stadium, but Carl Albert coach Gary Rose wasn't one of them.

Rose and assistant coach Tex Rollins were each wearing shorts in the 30-degree weather.

"I never got cold the entire game until they dumped the ice on me," Rose said.
