Jaylen Lowe had 14 points in each half of Owasso's 82-58 victory over Putnam City West in the first round of the Class 6A boys state tournament on Thursday. Shake Milton added 24 points for Owasso, which shot 62 percent from the field.

Owasso led 37-29 at halftime, but the Patriots cut their deficit to 41-39 before the Rams broke the game open.
