Class 6A girls golf: Edmond North's Allison Sell wins title
Edmond North junior Allison Sell became the first person from her school ever to win medalist honors Thursday at the Class 6A state tournament at Muskogee Country Club.
Edmond North junior Allison Sell became the first person from her school ever to win medalist honors Thursday at the Class 6A state tournament at Muskogee Country Club. Sell turned in rounds of 73-74 for a two-shot margin over Union sophomores Emma Allen and Anna Kim.

“Yesterday I was striking the ball really well, but my short game was killing me,” Sell said after the final round. “Today it was the complete opposite. My chipping was saving me all day.”
Sell said she needed only 11 putts over the final nine holes.
