Derek Gabriel, Pioneer-Pleasant Vale

The three-sport standout leads Pioneer's pitching staff, which has helped power it to more than 30 wins.

Josh Jackson, Amber-Pocasset

The outfielder is one of the top hitters in the state, going 4 for 4 in the Panthers' win over Hydro-Eakly to advance to state.

Ty Miller, Caddo

Miller struck out 14 and added a two-run home run in the Bruins' regional final win over Soper.

Class B

Matt Benedict, Tupelo

Benedict has been the top-ranked Tigers' ace all season after posting a 1.49 ERA in the fall.

Jason Johnson, Arnett

After leading the Wildcats to a fall state championship and helping the basketball team to the state tournament for the first time in school history, Johnson has Arnett in position for another title.

Dylan Fazekas, Red Oak

Just a junior, Fazekas has been a state tournament mainstay in both the fall and the spring.

Drew Ward, Leedey

One of the top players in the country from the 2014 class, Ward has battled injury this year but returned last week.
