Oklahoman Published: January 9, 2010
NORMAN — Cleveland County Health Department officials continue to offer flu vaccination clinics twice a week at county offices.

Both swine flu, or H1N1, and seasonal flu vaccinations are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays at the Norman office, 250 12th Ave. NE. Vaccinations also will be offered from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Moore office, 224 S Chestnut St.

The health department has vaccine available for both children and adults.

Children younger than 10 are recommended to get two doses of swine flu vaccine to be fully protected.

"Many children in our area still need the booster dose,” said Shari Kinney, health department director.
