Cleveland, Oklahoma man missing

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a man that has been missing since July 22. Richard John Horn, 42, of Cleveland, suffers from poor health and is in need of medication, according to an OSBI news release.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office are searching for an Oklahoma man missing since July 22.

Richard John Horn, 42, of Cleveland suffers from poor health and is in need of medication, according to an OSBI news release.

Horn is 5-foot-7 and weighs 128 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
