Tuesday will be warm and cloudy in central Oklahoma.

Rain chances will increase early Wednesday and Wednesday evening, the National Weather Service reports.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a high near 78. South, southeast wind 6 to 10 mph.

Tuesday night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy with a low around 58. South, southeast wind 10 to 13 mph.

Wednesday: Partly sunny with a high near 84. South, southeast wind around 14 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Wednesday night: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 60. South, southeast wind 14 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Thursday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a high near 80. South wind around 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Thursday night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 61.

Friday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a high near 75.

Friday night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 58.
