Rules for Participation
ClubOK offers are non-transferable and limited to one per member per visit unless otherwise noted. Households with multiple subscriptions may have up to four (4) ClubOK memberships; each membership must have a distinct NewsOK.com registration with a distinct email address and be verified separately. In the event of subscription cancellation, membership in ClubOK ends and is re-instated upon renewal.

Coupons include member’s name and subscriber number; advertisers may require identification. Restrictions and expiration dates commonly apply, so read coupons carefully and redeem them without delay.

Official Rules for The Oklahoman’s Win an iPad Promotion
1. Description of iPad Offer. The Oklahoman is giving away one 16GB iPad ($499 value) on December 20th of 2011. Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Entries may only be submitted as described below.

2. Promotion Period. The Oklahoman’s iPad promotion begins October 30, 2011, and ends December 12, 2011. Everyone who downloads a coupon from the ClubOK website will automatically be entered to win an iPad. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be informed via email on December 20, 2011. Winner will be drawn at random from all entries received from October 30th through December 12, 2011.

3. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. The Oklahoman’s iPad promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia). Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, you must download a coupon on or before December 12th. Employees of The Oklahoman, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Oklahoman, which are final and binding. 5. Drawing and Awarding of Prize. A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail . Winner agrees to allow his/her name and or photo or likeness to appear in The Oklahoman. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, the alternate winner forfeits the prize and no additional alternate winner shall be chosen. Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on The Oklahoman’s website and publication and the use of the winner's name, hometown and or photo or likeness for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that The Oklahoman, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this promotion. 6. Miscellaneous. The Oklahoman’s iPad offer Promotion is subject to all applicable taxes and laws in the United States. Void where prohibited and in any country except the United States. The Oklahoman may prohibit entrants from participating in The Oklahoman’s iPad offer and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the promotion through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the promotion or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or sponsor(s). The Oklahoman reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion should plagues, unauthorized human intervention, an act of God, or other causes beyond the control of The Oklahoman, its parents, subsidiaries, and/or its affiliates, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the promotion.
