Oklahoma State won its first Big 12 baseball series of the season Sunday, beating TCU 9-4 before 1,210 fans at Reynolds Stadium in Stillwater.
OSU (19-9 overall, 3-3 Big 12) won two of three games against the Horned Frogs (15-12, 2-4), although it had to come back from 2-0 and 4-3 deficits on Sunday. The Cowboys took the lead for good in the bottom of the third inning, 5-4, behind Zach Fish’s run-scoring single and another run scoring on a TCU error.
Fish added his fifth home run of the season and finished with three RBIs. Gage Green had two hits and two RBIs.
Reliever Vince Wheeland pitched five innings of no-hit, shutout baseball to pick up his first victory of the season.
OSU will play Oklahoma at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Norman. The game will not count toward the Big 12 standings.

Kansas scored a run in the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday and defeated Oklahoma 4-3 in a Big 12 game at Hoglund Ballpark in Lawrence, Kan.
