Rich Rodriguez can coach some offense. In his first year with the Wildcats, UofA has scored 59 on OSU, 35 on Oregon State, 48 on Stanford and 52 on Washington.
The defense remains a work in progress, but Arizona is 4-3 and likely will make a bowl game.
Meanwhile, Southern Cal is 6-1 and ranked ninth, but the Trojan offense hasn't been clicking at a high gear: 24 points against Washington, 27 against Cal, 14 against Stanford.
And USC's biggest problem is defensive depth, which will show up more the longer the season goes. The Trojans are a 61/2-point favorite in Tucson on Saturday, but let's go with Arizona in the upset.
