College football recruiting: A look at the teams topping the recruiting rankings

10. Florida State: Four-star linebacker E.J. Levenberry Jr. (Woodbridge, Va.) thought about switching to Oklahoma, but stuck with the Seminoles.

13. Texas: DT A'Shawn Robinson (Fort Worth, Texas) is the Longhorns' only 5-star commit.

22. Oklahoma: Three-star DE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo (Houston) and 4-star DT Kerrick Huggins (Dallas Skyline) switched to OU from OSU and Texas A&M, respectively, to add some positives to an up-and-down few weeks.

24. Oklahoma State: Three-star DE Sam Wren (Arizona Western CC) committed to the Cowboys during his official visit last weekend.

26. Baylor: Four-star WR Robbie Rhodes (Fort Worth, Texas) is the top member of the Bears' 2013 class so far.

34. Kansas: Charlie Weis' staff has picked up nine commitments in the past week to bring KU's 2013 class to 22 members.

34. West Virginia: Largely under-the-radar WR Kevin White, from Lackawanna Community College in Scranton, Pa., committed last week.

41. Iowa State: Big OT Jake Campos (West Des Moines, Iowa), who is 6-foot-7 and 250 pounds, is the Cyclones' only 4-star commit.

48. TCU: Horned Frogs convinced 4-star RB Kyle Hicks (Arlington, Texas) to switch his commitment from Texas.

55. Kansas State: Dual-threat, 3-star QB Jake Waters (Iowa Western CC) surprised lots of folks by picking the Wildcats over Penn State last week.

55. Texas Tech: Lawton High DB Maurice Chandler committed to the Red Raiders in July.
