College Graduate's Celebratory Backflip Ends With a Thud Published: April 30, 2014

While some college graduates sometimes have a hard time landing on their feet when it's time to enter the workforce, one graduate of Michigan's Davenport University had trouble landing on his feet before he even left the graduation stage, according to Good Morning America.

When Robert Jeffrey Blank stepped up to the podium to accept his diploma Sunday at Davenport's graduation ceremony in Grand Rapids, Mich., the newly minted member of the class of 2014 shook hands with officials like his other classmates did.

Blank then decided to liven things up by doing a backflip on stage, only he fell short and landed with a thud, GMA reports.
