Colorado man dies in traffic accident near Turpin
TURPIN — A Colorado man died when his sport utility vehicle drifted into oncoming traffic and slammed into a tractor-trailer rig on U.S. 83 near Turpin, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol .
Galen Arthur Howard , 57, of Colorado Springs , Colo., died at the scene of the wreck, which occurred about 1:35 p.m. southeast of Turpin in Beaver County , the patrol said.
