Davis went down defending Chris Johnson on a run on the opening drive. He stayed on the field for a couple minutes before walking off, and his return is questionable. He was replaced by Cassius Vaughn.

Later in the drive, right tackle David Stewart and right guard Leroy Harris hurt their right knees on a play where quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was sacked by Drake Nevis. Stewart missed a few plays and returned for the next series. Harris, who had offseason surgery on his knee, is questionable.

The Titans already were down a lineman with left tackle Michael Roos deactivated while he recovers from an appendectomy.

Indianapolis tight end Coby Fleenor also hurt a shoulder during the first half, and his return is questionable.
