Commercialization of Christmas finally gets Linus
Poor Linus. He was all ready, at my invitation, to read the familiar passage from Luke 2: 8-14.
An angel appeared to shepherds in their fields saying that Christ had been born in Bethlehem .
I invited Linus to be part of a real stretch of a real estate column even for me, pointing out that only the Gospel of Luke has the manger scene, while Matthew has a different setting in a house (real estate!).
