Company focuses on future
Chesapeake Energy Corp. officials reiterated Monday they are not laying off any employees in Oklahoma City .
Tom Price , a senior vice president with the energy company, said any contrary reports are inaccurate and harmful.
"Anyone saying the company is laying off employees here is putting forward a misrepresentation, or just trying to scare people in Oklahoma City,” he said.
