Consider type of justices presidential candidate would choose
In the vice presidential debate, Joe Biden played the Supreme Court card, hoping it would gain support from female voters who support abortion. It could be that this card re-emerges to trump the election — but not in the way Biden was seeking. I hope undecided voters have been asking themselves the right questions, internally sorting out the ramifications of a conservative vs. liberal Supreme Court. The justices basically sit in the judgment seat for the rest of their lives, interpreting and potentially rewriting our Constitution.

Does the majority of our country desire left-wing Supreme Court justices deciding laws for our children's grandchildren? They'll rule on things like “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance, economic redistribution, religion in public broadcasting, socialistic laws, values and many other moral convictions, laying a foundation for generations to come in ways a single president can't do. If we're currently undecided concerning the future president; surely we can firm our convictions on how to vote based on the type of Supreme Court judges the candidate's philosophy inclines him to appoint. Our generation is responsible.
