Horn will also help participants learn to choose fall fruits and vegetables for the best flavor and nutrients.
“When we’re finished with our workshop,” Horn said, “the people in the class will not only know how to choose healthy fall fruits and vegetables, but also how each of these selections can add to their good health.”
“Probably the best part of the workshop, at least to most people,” Horn added, “will be the ‘tasting portion.’ This should be a lot of fun for everyone.”
Cost for the workshop is $10 and pre-registration is required before Oct. 19.
