In a move that’s been in the works for some time, COOP Ale Works is now ready to unveil its new brewery building.

To mark the occasion, COOP has scheduled a public grand opening and open house on Saturday, May 3, at the new location, 4745 Council Heights Road, in southwest Oklahoma City.

COOP partner JD Merryweather said the brewery is fully operational and the brewing team has been working feverishly to catch up with production that dipped while they moved from their old spot in northwest Oklahoma City.

Merryweather describes the new building as “a massive upgrade” that allows room for future expansion.

COOP has also scheduled a press tour next week, so we’ll have plenty of coverage of the new brewhouse in store.
