Just because a gun looks like an assault weapon doesn't make it so. An assault weapon has the capability of firing a fusillade of bullets with just a pull of the trigger. An assault-looking weapon has only one round fired with each trigger pull. Stop referring to semi-automatic weapons as assault weapons. Also, go to a gun show in Oklahoma. If a person wants to buy a pistol, for example, a background check is done at the gun show before that person can purchase a weapon. Instead of going off half-cocked about something you don't know about, check the facts before broadcasting it.
