Cotton Bowl: More seats, new atmosphere

DALLAS — Bob Stoops has yet to see the bigger, better Cotton Bowl .

But Mack Brown has, sort of.

The Texas coach flew from Dallas to Austin over the summer and spotted the stadium out the plane window.
