Doyle Latimer and his wife, Cynthia, are expected to appear before a judge Wednesday.

Latimer owned a trucking company that was subcontracted to deliver fuel to Air Force bases. His wife kept records for the company.

Federal prosecutors say drivers drained fuel into the company's onsite storage tanks or into saddle tanks for use in the company's fleets before taking fuel to military drop points. Prosecutors say the drivers would unload part and take the rest back to the company.

Prosecutors say the drivers acted under Latimer's direction and that his wife concealed their actions.

The couple has pleaded not guilty.
