Divorcing Stillwater couple accused of trying to fake man’s death
STILLWATER — A couple going through a divorce have been accused of trying to fake the man’s death, so he could become a woman and she could regain custody of their children.
William Scot Davis, 42, and Heather Dawn Davis, 43, are charged with conspiracy to commit a crime by filing a false report. They are being held in the Payne County jail on $10,000 bail each on the misdemeanor charge.
