Court date set in Sapulpa dog dragging
SAPULPA — A Sapulpa woman faces a court hearing next month on a charge of cruelty to animals in connection with the dragging of a dog behind a vehicle in October.
Authorities identified her as Rikki Leigh Seritt, 18, who in addition to the felony charge faces two misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer.
