Authorities have searched the Facebook account of a Capitol Hill High School teacher after one student claimed he had sex with the woman and another said she sent him lewd photos, court records show.
Search warrant documents filed in Oklahoma County District Court identify Capitol Hill High School English teacher Callie Miller, 25, as the owner of the Facebook account searched by police.
Miller, who has not been arrested or charged, is on administrative leave from her teaching position. An investigation was assigned to an officer Dec. 5 and Miller was put on leave that day, said Dave Lopez, Oklahoma City Public Schools interim superintendent.
Police officials said the investigation is ongoing.
Miller was hired by Oklahoma City Public Schools in January 2013.
According to the court documents, a 17-year-old student began receiving Facebook messages from Miller in August. Months later, Miller asked for the boy's phone number and the two began exchanging text messages, according to the warrant. Miller is alleged to have asked the student to meet her at a park near SW 15 and Robinson Avenue, where they had sex.
Records show another 17-year-old student told police he began receiving Facebook messages and photos of a sexual nature in August or September, records show.
The boy told police he deleted the messages and two photos she sent. Both teenagers were Miller's students last year, the warrant states.
