Oklahoma State defeated Louisiana-Lafayette 65-24 on Saturday. Those numbers are most important, but here's a look at some other significant numbers:
0: Penalties committed by the Oklahoma State defense a week after it committed seven, including five personal fouls. The Cowboy defense was whistled for one offside penalty against Louisiana-Lafayette, but it was declined.
1: Turnovers for the Cowboys after they had four, three interceptions and one fumble, in the loss at Arizona. The lone turnover Saturday was a Clint Chelf interception late in the third quarter.
1: Punt by the Cowboys, the only one coming at the 13:01 mark of the third quarter.
1: Incompletion for Wes Lunt in his career in games at Boone Pickens Stadium. That one impletion, though, was the play on which the freshman quarterback suffered a knee injury.
26: Number of snaps for Lunt in two home games this season.
39: First downs for the Cowboys, a school record. The previous record of 36 was set vs. Baylor and Kansas in 2010.
51: Yards, the length of a first-quarter field goal by Quinn Sharp. It was the longest of the kicker's career.
193: Points scored by the Cowboys in their past three games at Boone Pickens Stadium (44 vs. Oklahoma last season, 84 vs. Savannah State and 65 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette).
742: Yards of offense for OSU, a school record. The previous high was 725 against Baylor in 2010.
