Cowgirls play final non-conference game

LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Cowgirls have one last non-conference game this season.

The Cowgirls host the South Dakota Mines Lady Rockers on Thursday beginning at 7 p.m.

Wyoming is 10-2 on the season. South Dakota Mines enters the game with a 9-5 overall record.

The Cowgirls are led by Chaundra Sewell, who is averaging 14.5 points and a league leading 10.3 rebounds a game. Kayla Woodward follows with 13.4 points and 6.2 rebounds.

Wyoming is first in the Mountain West in scoring offense at 70.5 points per game and assists at 14.8.
