For the past several years, the heavier ales have been the predominant beer produced at artisan breweries in Oklahoma . The craft pendulum, however, appears to be swinging back in different areas of the country. Many local brewers — such as Battered Boar, Choc Beer, Redbud, Marshall and Mustang — have at least one lager in their portfolios....
