6:15 a.m. Interstate 44 is narrowed between Martin Luther King Avenue and Kelley Avenue Friday morning due to an accident.

Eastbound and westbound I-44 is narrowed to two lanes in each direction between Kelley and Martin Luther King Avenues. Crews estimate the lanes will remain closed through the rush hour and into the late morning.
