Crews reduce number of those without power to 14,500

Power outages continue to decline, and by 5 p.m. Saturday, most AEP-PSO customers will have their electricity back.

There are 14,525 customers in Tulsa with power outages as of 5:15 p.m. Friday, said AEP-PSO spokesman Stan Whiteford.

The company released a map detailing when customers would have power restored and provided a phone number to call for more information, 888-216-3523. Customers in the southeast quadrant of the city are expected to have full power by 5 p.m. Friday.
