Man gets

prison term

A man pleaded guilty to kidnapping and burglary charges Friday and was sentenced to six years in prison and 10 years probation, court records show. Prosecutors dismissed three other charges against Christopher Young, 20, of Oklahoma City. In December 2011, a jury acquitted Powell, a former death row inmate, of 11 felony counts stemming from the home invasion attack. Powell fired his public defender during the trial and represented himself.
