When police arrived, they found Baker kicking the windows and walls in front of the store. Police found a nearly empty bottle of vodka in his pants and a shank in the crotch of his pants.

An officer asked what the tool was for, and Baker said, “for killing cops,” the report states. He also repeatedly said he wanted to kill cops and suck the blood from their jugular veins, police said.

Baker was arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County jail.

A woman was arrested on a public indecency complaint after police saw her walking along Santa Fe Avenue near SW 33 wearing only panties.

Sharon Joyce Ramirez, 44, was arrested about 5 p.m. Tuesday after two people called police to report a woman walking down the street topless.

When police arrived, they asked Ramirez to put her shirt back on. She refused and continued walking away, police said.

Officers arrested Ramirez and took her to the Oklahoma County jail.
