Today marks the 70th anniversary of the Allied invasion of Normandy during World War II. 

To honor the Allied troops, people across the country are using the tag #DDay70 on Twitter to pay tribute to those who risked and lost their lives that day. Below are tweets from Oklahomans who are tweeting thanks to these soldiers for their freedom.
