ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Dallas linebacker Ernie Sims is joining Sean Lee on the sideline for the Cowboys' third straight playoffs-or-bust finale against an NFC East rival.

Sims was inactive for Sunday night's game against Philadelphia with a groin injury. Sims is missing his second straight game, and Lee is out for a third consecutive game with a sprained neck.

Tony Romo is inactive for Dallas after undergoing back surgery Friday.

Eagles safety Earl Wolff (knee) was inactive, joining fellow backup safety Colt Anderson (knee) and backup center Julian Vandervelde (back). Anderson and Vandervelde had already been declared out.
