Damian Lillard leads the NBA's All-Rookie Team

The Thunder had two rookies on its roster this season — Perry Jones III and Jeremy Lamb — but neither had a shot to make the recently announced NBA All-Rookie Team.

That’s because neither got off the bench, unless they were starring in the development league, with a stacked roster playing in front of them.

The NBA All-Rookie First and Second Teams are listed below. Common theme between the players? Nine of the 10 were on some of the worst teams in the league, with plenty of opportunities to showcase skills.

Anyway, here it is, led by Rookie of the Year Damian Lillard.
