SAPULPA — Joniece Frank and Donna Frank did not grow up in the home their parents built in Sapulpa, but no one knows more about it than they do. The sisters are the daughters of Frankoma Pottery founders John and Grace Lee Frank , and they happily lead tours of their parents’ home.
