DETROIT (AP) — Applications are being accepted for the 2013 Kresge Artist Fellowships.
Deadline for the annual grants is Feb. 1 and applications can be made online.
The 18 unrestricted fellowships are funded by the Troy-based Kresge Foundation and administered by the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
They are worth $25,000 each and support nine literary and nine visual artists living and working in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
Literary arts include performing arts, creative non-fiction, fiction, poetry and spoken word. Visual arts include ceramics, glass, metalwork, painting and photography.
