A potential deadline is looming for your company.

Unfortunately, your competitor may already have taken advantage of the opportunity that may be about to elude your firm.

It's time to nominate your business as one of Oklahoma's “Top Workplaces,” The Oklahoman's ranking of the state's best organizations with the best opportunities, work atmosphere, benefits and perks.

If you work at such a place or even are aware of one, you may nominate it. Scores of Oklahoma businesses already have signed up, and we've already heard from dozens of people who are enthusiastic about the place where they work.

The nomination deadline is Friday.

Our research partner in this effort, Workplace Dynamics, conducts surveys of the nominated firms, which decide whether they want to participate.

There is no cost, and every organization that takes part will receive feedback about its application.

Anyone — employees, customers, executives, interns — may suggest a nominee. It doesn't matter if the workplace is for-profit or nonprofit, privately held or publicly traded, as long as it employs at least 35 people.

We will recognize the top-ranked companies in The Oklahoman and on NewsOK.com in December.

If you love your job, please tell us about it.

To submit a nomination, go to oklahoman.com/nominate or call 708-6151.
