Chief administrative officer Amy Elliott says 24-year-old Colby Shaw died of multiple blunt-force injuries. A local newspaper reports that Shaw was from Oklahoma City.

He was working for Universal Roofing & Sheet Metal when he fell four stories Monday from Headington Hall, a new residence hall on campus.

The construction site is at Lindsey Street and Jenkins Avenue.

Officials with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the incident.
