Plans for cupcake business in Edmond delayed
EDMOND — Plans for a Sara Sara Cupcakes in Edmond were held up this week when no one representing the business showed up to plead their case before the city council.
Council members delayed action until July 26 on the commercial site plan for the business, which is to be in a renovated house at 17 E Fifth St.
