Del City couple arrested on food stamp fraud, drug complaints

Police arrested a Del City couple Wednesday morning on complaints including food stamp trafficking and drug possession. Police said the couple were paying cash for people’s food stamp cards and using them to buy groceries, which they resold at a profit.
