Del City man arrested in 16 thefts from stores
Police said a man arrested on a larceny complaint used a specially lined plastic bag to help steal clothes and other items from 16 stores at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City .
Ferdinand Riley Sr. , 55, of Del City , was booked into the Oklahoma County jail Friday and bailed out Sunday, jail records show. He has not been charged.
